Manufacturing and materials
The selection of materials for pressure equipment is crucial and depends on factors such as the type of chemicals being processed, operating temperature and pressure, and corrosion resistance. Materials used include special carbon steel, stainless steel, and various alloys.
We also use cold- and hot-resistant carbon steels as manufacturing materials, which are suitable for extremely high or low temperatures. We are capable of manufacturing equipment from even the most demanding materials, such as titanium and duplex steels. The finished pressure equipment can also be partially or fully overlay welded. For example, the equipment can be coated in areas where the chemical stress is present, extending the service life of the equipment.

We support green field plant acquisitions and handle the repair and replacement of old equipment. We also carry out various modifications and repairs.
