Project management made easy

Project management plays a central role in the successful timely, qualitative and financial implementation of a project.

With the support of our competent management, we ease the workload of our customers and see the projects through without compromising on the goals. Our extensive and particularly diverse experience in equipment deliveries in various industries helps us to realise the goals because we are able to take industry-specific needs into account. In addition to manufacturing and design, our company’s success has always been based on successful project management.

If necessary, we can take care of all aspects of the delivery project, from preliminary planning to implementation. We reduce our customers’ workload by taking responsibility for our deliveries and carrying out the projects as a whole, allowing the customer to focus on their core business.

Outsourcing entities reduces risks and improves the progress of the project

When there are many areas to manage, managing the whole becomes difficult. For example, the construction of a new production facility involves a great deal of procurements and the management of different components. We can take care of the delivery of the pressure equipment or steel structure in its entirety.

Since we deliver our solutions as entities, we also take responsibility for the schedule and budget. This way, the customer can avoid direct schedule and cost risks caused by partial deliveries.

Read more about how our comprehensive design service can:

1. Reduce unnecessary interfaces by combining several design entities
2. Speed up implementation by delivering the products installation-ready

With the comprehensive design service, it is easier to visualise the overall picture at the beginning of the project and combine it into a single package.

With the help of our project management experience, we are able to coordinate our work and the work of subcontractors into one functional entity. Our company’s operating model is based on the successful completion of projects, so we are strongly motivated to complete projects within the given schedule without compromising on quality.

In addition to our own personnel, we often use subcontractors in projects. With the help of our subcontractors, the workflow becomes more efficient, and the production capacity can be increased even according to a tight schedule. We order the necessary special work from quality certified professionals with whom we have several years of cooperation experience.

We also offer subcontracting companies the opportunity to work in our premises. This improves the monitoring of work quality, schedules and occupational safety, and ensures that the whole project stays under control.

We are happy to share information about best practices with our customers. Our information is based on over a thousand pressure equipment and steel structure projects that we have delivered to more than 180 customers.

The project starts with appointing a project manager, who acts as the customer’s contact person. The project manager monitors the progress and implementation of the project’s sub-areas. In addition, the project is supported by the entire background team, from design engineers to production designers and senior management. You have the expertise of the whole company at your disposal.

In addition to design, manufacturing and logistics management, our expertise is also available on-site. We can offer our support in, for example, project installation or site supervision.

Certified management system

Our certified management system, which meets the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 3834-2:2021 standards, ensures that we take into account both quality and the environment in our operations.

Proactive risk assessment

Our proactive risk assessment ensures that a ready-made action plan is in place for the most common risks and that a solution is already thought out. This enables the quick application of information in the event of possible changes in, for example, material availability or the supply chain.
